Call Centre Agent - Customer Service

 

Duties and responsibilities will include:


• Answer incoming telephone enquiries across the companies product range, responding to them and documenting resolution
• Maintain customer relationships both internally and externally

Job Requirements: 


Skills and experience required for the Call Centre - Customer Service role:
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written as well as customer care
• Good IT and excellent numeracy skills
No Experience Required- Training will be Provided.
