2. Key Purpose & Responsibilities
The primary goal is the administration of Discovery Invest products and providing world-class service to policyholders and financial advisors.
Product Administration: Handling payments and administrative tasks for all Discovery Invest products.
Query Management: Handling telephonic and email queries from policyholders, financial advisors, and franchises.
SLA Adherence: Answering inbound calls within 20 seconds (before the 3rd ring) and processing claims received before 10 AM by the 12:30 PM batch run.
Client Liaison: Obtaining outstanding requirements and building relationships with financial advisors and clients.
System Support: Assisting with testing, system implementations, and updating "Paradigm" notes for every case handled.
Team Support: Acting as a backup for the Maturities Team and ensuring low error rates in quality assurance (QA).

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
