2. Key Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping: Maintain overall cleanliness of the Brand Home, including floors, surfaces, glassware, doors, and windows.

  • Service Prep: Prepare tea, coffee, and meal services for conferences, meetings, and special events.

  • Tasting Room & Restaurant: Continuous cleaning of hospitality areas throughout the day to ensure they are guest-ready.

  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage cleaning materials and equipment inventory.

  • Safety: Identify and report maintenance or safety issues.


3. Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric).

  • Certifications: Relevant courses or certificates in hygiene and cleanliness management are beneficial.

  • Experience: * Proven experience as a general worker in a hospitality environment.

    • Previous experience in Front of House, service, or Food & Beverage preparation.

  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-leading, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and festive seasons.
