2. Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping: Maintain overall cleanliness of the Brand Home, including floors, surfaces, glassware, doors, and windows.
Service Prep: Prepare tea, coffee, and meal services for conferences, meetings, and special events.
Tasting Room & Restaurant: Continuous cleaning of hospitality areas throughout the day to ensure they are guest-ready.
Stock Management: Monitor and manage cleaning materials and equipment inventory.
Safety: Identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
3. Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
Certifications: Relevant courses or certificates in hygiene and cleanliness management are beneficial.
Experience: * Proven experience as a general worker in a hospitality environment.
Previous experience in Front of House, service, or Food & Beverage preparation.
Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-leading, and able to work with minimal supervision.
