District Placement: The Namakwa District is vast. Clearly state your preferred town or facility (e.g., Abraham Esau Hospital or specific local clinics) in your cover letter.
SANC Proof: Do not forget to attach your latest SANC receipt/certificate. Applications without proof of current registration are automatically disqualified.
Shortlisting: If you are not contacted within 3 months of the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
Language: In the Namakwa region, the ability to communicate in Afrikaans is often highly beneficial due to the local patient demographics.
Tip: Ensure your Z83 form is the latest version (2021). Many government departments now strictly disqualify any application submitted on the old pre-2021 Z83 form!
