Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door to door customer facing networking, and referrals
- Visit clients on-site to present products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
- Provide feedback to the sales teams on customer trends and market conditions
- Flexible Hours: Being able to work after hours and weekends
Experience
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Provide excellent customer experience from 1st engagement to order
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
