2. Minimum Requirements
This programme is strictly for TVET students who have completed their theoretical modules:
Education: A completed N6 Certificate from a recognized TVET College in one of the following:

Financial Management

Documentation: A formal letter from your TVET College confirming that you require 18 months of practical experience to graduate.

Interns are placed within the store environment to learn the operational side of retail:
Store Operations: Assisting with daily opening/closing procedures and floor management.

Customer Service: Dealing with customer inquiries, managing the point-of-sale (POS) area, and resolving complaints.
