AU CIEFFA ImpactHER Training 2026

 AU CIEFFA in partnership with ImpactHER has launched a programme to empower young African women through education, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Applications for the 2026/2027 intake are currently open.

Purpose of the Programme

  • Promote girls’ and women’s education in Africa.

  • Provide training in entrepreneurship, leadership, and digital skills.

  • Support women‑led businesses through mentorship and resources.

  • Strengthen advocacy for gender equality in education and economic participation.

Minimum Requirements

  • African citizenship

  • Female youth (students, graduates, or entrepreneurs)

  • Interest in education, entrepreneurship, or leadership development

  • Commitment to participate in training sessions and mentorship activities

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
