Purpose of the Programme
Provide practical workplace experience for qualified Millwrights.

Minimum Requirements
Qualified Millwright Trade Test Certificate
N3–N6 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous)
Basic knowledge of:
Mechanical systems
Hydraulic systems
Electrical systems
PLC systems
Valid Working at Heights and LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) certifications
Basic computer literacy
0–1 year of experience in mining, quarrying, or heavy industry (preferred but not essential)

Participate in all workplace training activities under the structured plan
Perform technical tasks under supervision of mentors
Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
