Purpose of the Programme

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualified Millwright Trade Test Certificate

  • N3–N6 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous)

  • Basic knowledge of:

    • Mechanical systems

    • Hydraulic systems

    • Electrical systems

    • PLC systems

  • Valid Working at Heights and LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) certifications

  • Basic computer literacy

  • 0–1 year of experience in mining, quarrying, or heavy industry (preferred but not essential)

  • Perform technical tasks under supervision of mentors
