Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) – compulsory
Trade Test preferred
1–2 years’ experience as an Artisan Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of plant equipment
Good communication skills
Teamwork ability
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist artisans with technical functions
Perform first‑line repairs and maintenance on plant equipment
Maintain housekeeping standards in line with AIB requirements
Support general maintenance tasks in the engineering department
Report faults and escalate unresolved issues
Comply with health, safety, and environmental protocols
