Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science
OR N2 certificate with relevant trade subjects
South African citizenship
Unemployed youth between 18–35 years
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in industrial environments
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist qualified welders with daily tasks
Learn welding techniques under supervision
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
Follow safety protocols in workshops and sites
Participate in training modules and assessments
Prepare for trade test to qualify as a welder
