Purpose Statement:
Our goal is to enrich our clients’ lives by delivering outstanding service, exceeding their expectations, and utilizing our Global One product range to help them Bank Better and Live Better.

Experience:
Minimum:

• 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail, finance, or banking; OR
• Relevant tertiary qualification

Preferred:

• Over 1 year of client service experience in retail, finance, or banking
• Proven track record in sales and client engagement

Qualifications:
Minimum:

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Preferred:

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce or related field
• Certification in Finance or Banking

Knowledge:
Minimum:

• Basic calculations
• Retail/consumer service environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Capitec Bank Products
• Understanding of internal business processes and policies, including Branch Credit Granting Policy principles

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
