Opportunity Overview:
We’re seeking 4x Sales Agents (Field) to join our team in Emalahleni. Do you have what it takes to shine as our newest Purple Star?

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in Mobile Department operations, focusing on maximizing company profits and expanding the customer base through strategic marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service, aiding clients with account opening and betting inquiries.
• Drive daily sales and activations by effectively demonstrating and explaining mobile products and services to potential customers.
• Execute mobile marketing campaigns to boost sales and acquire new online accounts.
• Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management regularly.
• Promote the mobile brand through various outlets and events.
• Ensure compliance with FICA requirements and assist customers in submitting necessary documents.
• Educate new customers on using sign-up bonuses and navigating the mobile application for betting.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to enhance the customer experience.
• Safeguard and maintain all mobile equipment.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and be prepared to work across different branches and stores as required.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or marketing.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and TUV distribution.
• Proficiency in systems and sales knowledge.

We present an outstanding opportunity for a General Assistant to join us in Umhlanga, Durban. Do you believe you have what it takes to shine as our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will work according to a shift schedule and will be tasked with basic food preparation, supporting chefs in food serving and presentation, while maintaining adherence to Hollywood standards. Responsibilities also include kitchen stock management and ensuring proper storage procedures.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Maintain appropriate dress code in compliance with health and safety regulations and Hollywood standards.
• Inspect and sanitize food preparation areas to ensure adherence to safe practices.
• Monitor kitchen stock levels, recommend defrosting of freezers, and ensure proper storage.
• Facilitate stock rotation, dispose of expired items, and store leftover food appropriately.
• Prepare food items as per guidelines and ensure timely service for exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and report any operational issues.
• Assist in stock reporting and disclose wastage/breakages.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required, including stock receiving.
