Program Description
RCL FOODS, through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy, is seeking 5 dynamic learners for a SETA-accredited Baking Learnership. The program includes:
Qualification: A formal qualification endorsed by SAQA upon successful completion.
Training: Mentorship and coaching covering the entire baking process.
Exposure: Practical work experience within RCL FOODS' operations and manufacturing environment.
Objective: To develop employable young professionals for the baking industry and strengthen brand excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with Hospitality Studies and Maths Literacy (Essential).
Computer Literacy: MS Office skills are advantageous.
Attributes: * Driven to achieve performance.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Creative, lateral thinker with a problem-solving approach.
