Programme Overview
The Clover SA CSC Learnership is a SETA-accredited program designed for unemployed matriculants. It follows a dual-learning approach: 30% theoretical classroom instruction and 70% practical, on-the-job training within Clover’s high-performance Customer Service Centre.
Core Training Areas
Customer Interaction: Managing inbound/outbound communications, conflict resolution, and query management.
Supply Chain & Order Processing: Capturing high-volume orders, monitoring call lists, and managing "Account on Hold" statuses.
Sales & Ranging: Learning suggestive selling techniques and understanding product ranging for different store types.
Systems Training: Gaining proficiency in professional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Minimum Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.
Education: Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4).
Recency: Matric must have been completed between 2021 and 2025.
Academic Performance: Minimum average of 55% in both English and Mathematics (or Math Literacy).
Skills: Advanced computer literacy.
