The Customer Service Consultant is responsible for providing high-quality service to customers, promoting fibre technology solutions, and ensuring efficient store operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a customer-focused mindset who can manage multiple tasks in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their specific needs.

  • Product Recommendation: Recommend tailored fibre solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Support & Resolution: Address inquiries and concerns promptly, providing professional support throughout the sales and installation process.

  • Order Management: Accurately capture orders using internal systems and monitor progress, keeping customers updated on any delays or backlogs.

  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including marketing displays.

  • Inventory Control: Assist with monitoring stock levels and supporting timely replenishment.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric / Grade 12.

    • Post-Matric qualification in sales or customer service is advantageous.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.

  • Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
