Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their specific needs.
Product Recommendation: Recommend tailored fibre solutions based on customer requirements.
Support & Resolution: Address inquiries and concerns promptly, providing professional support throughout the sales and installation process.
Order Management: Accurately capture orders using internal systems and monitor progress, keeping customers updated on any delays or backlogs.
Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including marketing displays.
Inventory Control: Assist with monitoring stock levels and supporting timely replenishment.
Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
Education: Matric / Grade 12.
Post-Matric qualification in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
