2. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring inventory records are 100% accurate.
Planning & Coordination: Assisting with outbound planning and managing production to ensure seamless Inbound, Outbound, and Dispatch operations.
Procurement Support: Working with the Sites and Services team to maintain supplier relationships and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Data Analysis: Interpreting operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
Dispatch Monitoring: Coordinating with distributors and partners to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
Process Optimization: Helping develop strategies for cost reduction and more efficient supply chain workflows.
3. Minimum Requirements
Education: N6 in Supply Chain and Logistics or an equivalent discipline.
Skills:
Ability to analyze data and interpret consumer insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
