2. Minimum Requirements

Education: A completed Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., BA or B.Ed) with English as a major subject.
Professional Qualification: A Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) if your degree is not a B.Ed.
SACE Registration: Must be currently registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE) and have a valid registration number.
Experience: Previous experience teaching English to Grades 8 – 12 within the IEB (Independent Examinations Board) or CAPS curriculum is highly advantageous.
