2. Minimum Requirements
This role is accessible to those with basic schooling and a strong work ethic:

3. Key Responsibilities
The Office Aid ensures the office runs smoothly "behind the scenes":
Cleaning Services: Cleaning offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms daily. This includes dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.
Kitchen & Catering: Preparing refreshments (tea/coffee) for meetings and cleaning the kitchen area and utensils.
Sanitation: Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets and basins, and ensuring soap/toilet paper is replenished.
Waste Management: Emptying waste bins daily and ensuring garbage is disposed of in the correct designated areas.
Boardroom Prep: Arranging furniture and water for official meetings or workshops.
