2. Minimum Requirements

This role is accessible to those with basic schooling and a strong work ethic:

  • Education: A minimum of Grade 10 (Standard 8) or equivalent. (Grade 12 is welcomed).

3. Key Responsibilities

The Office Aid ensures the office runs smoothly "behind the scenes":

  • Cleaning Services: Cleaning offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms daily. This includes dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.

  • Kitchen & Catering: Preparing refreshments (tea/coffee) for meetings and cleaning the kitchen area and utensils.

  • Sanitation: Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets and basins, and ensuring soap/toilet paper is replenished.

  • Waste Management: Emptying waste bins daily and ensuring garbage is disposed of in the correct designated areas.

  • Boardroom Prep: Arranging furniture and water for official meetings or workshops.
