About the Programme
The Traffic Officer Learnership is a structured training initiative aimed at producing competent officers to enforce road safety laws. Learners will undergo both classroom-based theoretical training and practical fieldwork.

Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship
Age between 18 and 35 years
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
No criminal record
Medical fitness (must pass physical and medical assessments)
Valid driver’s licence (Code B or higher)
Good communication skills
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Duties & Responsibilities (Post-Qualification)
Enforce road traffic laws and regulations
Conduct roadblocks and vehicle inspections
Issue fines and manage traffic violations
Assist in accident scene management
Promote road safety awareness campaigns
Support law enforcement operations
