Position Purpose
The programme provides hands‑on technical training and mentorship for learners to qualify as artisans. Apprentices will rotate through different engineering departments, gaining exposure to manufacturing processes, maintenance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
Support installation and commissioning of machinery
Participate in safety inspections and compliance checks
Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Work under supervision while gradually taking on independent tasks
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: Matric with Maths and Science OR N3 Engineering
South African citizen
