Minimum Requirements
- ABET (Adult Basic Education and Training) or equivalent qualification.
- National Steam Certificate will be an added advantage.
- No previous work experience required.
- Willingness to learn and work in a boiler operations environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain workplace safety.
Main Duties
- Assist with boiler operations and routine monitoring.
- Support daily boiler plant activities.
- Observe equipment performance and report faults or irregularities.
- Assist with cleaning and housekeeping in the boiler room.
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures.
- Assist maintenance personnel with routine tasks.
- Participate in overtime and standby duties when required.
