Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Certificate
- N2 Certificate
- Recognised Boilermaker Trade Test Certificate (Section 13 or 26D)
- 3 to 5 years relevant industry experience
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence
- Own reliable transport
- Welding, fabrication, maintenance and repair experience
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair process equipment
- Perform welding, fabrication, cutting and fitting work
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs
- Complete maintenance records and equipment history updates
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
