Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have completed, or be completing in 2026, a relevant tertiary qualification in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Have a genuine interest in a technical career.
- Be willing to undergo technical training.
- Be comfortable with practical, hands-on work.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Possess a valid South African driver's licence.
- Be willing to travel when required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance
- Assist with installation of home lifts and stairlifts.
- Support servicing and preventative maintenance activities.
- Help with mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Assist in testing lift systems.
Fault Finding and Repairs
- Assist with diagnosing faults.
- Support replacement of faulty components.
- Learn troubleshooting procedures.
Workshop and Technical Support
- Prepare tools, equipment and spare parts.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Safety and Compliance
- Assist with safety inspections.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment.
Administration and Reporting
- Complete daily activity reports.
- Provide updates through internal communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of assigned tasks.
