Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric), NCV Level 4, or an equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in general work, cleaning, hospitality, tourism, grounds maintenance, or a related environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning and Hygiene
- Clean public areas, offices, kitchens, chalets, campsites, and accommodation units.
- Sweep, mop, dust, wash, and sanitize facilities.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards.
Waste Management
- Collect and dispose of refuse.
- Maintain waste collection points.
- Report waste-related issues.
Grounds Maintenance
- Remove weeds and litter.
- Maintain pathways and outdoor areas.
- Assist with landscaping activities.
Equipment and Tool Usage
- Operate gardening and maintenance equipment.
- Use tools safely and responsibly.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
Basic Maintenance
- Assist with painting and minor repairs.
- Move furniture and equipment.
- Report infrastructure and maintenance issues.
Guest Facility Preparation
- Prepare accommodation and visitor facilities.
- Ensure facilities are ready before guest arrivals.
- Assist with post-departure cleaning.
Visitor Support
- Assist visitors professionally.

- Refer complex queries to relevant staff.
Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance
