Puma SA P&O Administrator Internship 2022

 Puma South Africa’s People & Organization Administrator Internship role is based in Cape Town and part of the HR team for the responsible for performing the following tasks for the duration of the 1-year internship programme.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Send joining and withdrawal forms for Provident Funds to Service Provider
  • Contact previous employees who failed to return their individual provident fund withdrawal forms
  • Conduct credit and reference checks for retail store personnel
  • Arrange applicant interviews
  • Draft employee contracts and collect payroll forms for new hires
  • Reset workday passwords
  • Create employee folders and file accompanying documents
  • Take and distribute minutes during meetings and follow up points
  • Collect survey data
  • Pick out appropriate Workday learning modules for various learning quarters
  • Provide support to the Retail Trainer with Learning and Development administration and communication
  • Attend to project administration tasks
