Puma South Africa’s People & Organization Administrator Internship role is based in Cape Town and part of the HR team for the responsible for performing the following tasks for the duration of the 1-year internship programme.
Duties and responsibilities
- Send joining and withdrawal forms for Provident Funds to Service Provider
- Contact previous employees who failed to return their individual provident fund withdrawal forms
- Conduct credit and reference checks for retail store personnel
- Arrange applicant interviews
- Draft employee contracts and collect payroll forms for new hires
- Reset workday passwords
- Create employee folders and file accompanying documents
- Take and distribute minutes during meetings and follow up points
- Collect survey data
- Pick out appropriate Workday learning modules for various learning quarters
- Provide support to the Retail Trainer with Learning and Development administration and communication
- Attend to project administration tasks
