PG Glass, a subsidiary of the PG Group, is building a talent pool for future employment through various learning programmes (YES Programme, Learnerships, and Graduate Programmes). These roles are based in the Ephraim Mogale area of Limpopo.

2. Target Roles within the Talent Pool
Contact Centre Trainee: Handling inbound calls and emails to resolve customer queries.
Autoglass Trainee: Installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass.
Customer Service Consultant: Managing the fitment center front desk and internal sales.
HR & Finance Trainee: Assisting with administrative and operational tasks in HR or Finance.
3. Minimum Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
Age: Between 18 and 29 years old.
Status: Must be currently unemployed.
Experience: Must never have been registered on a YES4Youth programme before.
Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal record.
Driver’s License: Advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Required Qualifications
Applicants should hold one of the following:
Matric (Grade 12).
HET Qualifications (Degree/Diploma): Business, Operations, Retail, or Marketing Management.
Nated Qualifications (N6): Management Assistant, Business Management, Office Management, Supply Chain, Fitting & Turning, Human Resources, or Financial Management.
Call Centre related qualifications.

High level of computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
