Minimum Requirements
A relevant Mechanical or Electrical Trade Test Qualification (or an equivalent recognized qualification).
Between 3 and 5 years of relevant technical sales experience within the engineering or energy sector.
Extensive technical product knowledge regarding transformer and switchgear maintenance frameworks.
Clear understanding of local industrial customer requirements and engineering market trends.
High proficiency in SAP software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong baseline competencies in technical report writing, customer care, and presentation delivery.
Valid driver's license and complete willingness to travel within the sales region when required.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Managing the technical evaluation stages of complex engineering sales processes.
Providing direct sales lifecycle support to internal technical teams, production divisions, and project managers.
Preparing and delivering structural presentations of high-voltage products and energy services to corporate clients.
Identifying, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical performance issues for assigned key accounts.
Maintaining robust customer relationships and translating field requirements back to the local production lines.
Ensuring full compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) regulations, and standard SHEQ documentation.
