Minimum Requirements
Completed Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Minimum 40% pass in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
Minimum 40% pass in English and a second official language.
South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years old.
Must be currently unemployed.
Available to work six days a week on rotating retail schedules.
Clear criminal record and clear credit history.
Must not be registered for full-time studies or enrolled in any other active learnership.
Advantageous: A valid South African driver's license or a post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure
Executing daily call schedules across assigned retail and wholesale outlets.
Implementing and maintaining Coca-Cola's strict visual merchandising and brand visibility standards.
Managing proper stock rotation, checking expiry dates, and setting up prominent product displays.
Ensuring maximum product availability and visibility on the store floor.
Completing in-store iRED digital surveys and retail execution scorecards.
Supporting local promotional marketing campaigns and activations.
Educating retail customers on how to utilize the MyCCBA digital ordering platform.
Working closely with local Account Developers and Sales Team members.
