General Minimum Requirements
Unemployed South African youth between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
A completed, recognized 3-year National Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree from a registered tertiary institution in a matching field.
No prior formal workplace internship or experiential training completed within your field of study.
Good communication skills (written and verbal English proficiency is mandatory for regulatory filing and correspondence).
Strong computer literacy with solid data-capturing speed and accuracy.
Clear criminal record (standard background screening tracking applies).
Available Internship Streams & Target Qualifications
1. Registration & Teacher Professionalization
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Public Administration / Office Management / Social Sciences / Education.
Core Focus: Assisting with the processing of educator professional registration arrays and verifying foreign qualifications against council tracking metrics.
2. Information Technology (IT) Support
Requirements: National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / System Support.
Core Focus: Troubleshooting end-user computing setups, maintaining server uptime, and supporting internal cloud databases.
3. Professional Ethics & Legal Services
Requirements: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree or a relevant legal qualification.
Core Focus: Administrative management of ethics complaints files, preparing case logbooks, and tracking disciplinary hearing schedules.
4. Finance & Supply Chain Management
Requirements: National Diploma or Degree in Financial Management / Accounting / Cost and Management Accounting / Supply Chain Management.
Core Focus: Processing purchase orders, processing invoices, tracking vendor details, and compiling asset registers.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure
Assisting with incoming and outgoing document workflows, digitizing files, and checking record databases.
Managing public telephone grids and addressing walk-in queries from professional teachers gracefully.
Capturing data arrays into internal software tracking systems to update active professional member profiles.
Supporting administrative project planning loops, organizing regional workshop logistics, and recording meeting minutes.
