Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship
Age between 18 and 29 years
Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Physical Science
Technical qualification (N3/N4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) advantageous
Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Must be unemployed and not registered on another learnership
Key Responsibilities
