Purpose of the Learnership

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizenship

• Age between 18 and 29 years

• Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Physical Science

• Technical qualification (N3/N4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) advantageous

• Good communication and problem‑solving skills

• Must be unemployed and not registered on another learnership

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom training sessions
