Role Overview
The programme is designed to provide recently qualified graduates with mentored experience in customer supply chain consultancy. It is a contract-based opportunity focusing on developing practical skills in a corporate, multinational setting.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be mentored in the following areas:
Order Management: Handling customer order entries and follow-ups for both local and export markets.
Customer Support: Managing customer requests, responding to enquiries, and handling technical queries regarding parts availability.
Reporting & Back-orders: Monitoring back-orders and producing status reports.
Sales Support: Assisting with automotive telephone sales and promotional activities.
Administration: Managing goods return processes, credit requests, and general supply chain administration (including proof of delivery communication).
Requirements
Education: A completed Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
Qualification: A degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related field.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, computer literacy (specifically Excel), and effective communication skills.
