Registry Counter Services: Assist clients, respond to enquiries, register hand-delivered mail/files
Correspondence Handling: Receive, sort, and dispatch mail; distribute notices
Filing & Records Management: Open/close files, trace and retrieve documents, maintain filing system
Operate Office Equipment: Scanning, copying, capturing records
Archiving & Disposal: Process, sort, and package files for archiving; compile archive lists
