Purpose of the Programme
Provide unemployed youth with hands‑on training in engineering operations.
Develop skills in energy production and technical support.
Offer mentorship and structured learning to prepare learners for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with plant operations and monitoring

Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship
Age between 18 and 35 years
Matric (Grade 12) certificate preferred
Must be unemployed and not registered on another learnership
