Position Purpose
The Junior Handyman assists with general maintenance and repair tasks across Hollywoodbets facilities. The role ensures that buildings, fixtures, and utilities remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
Key Responsibilities
General repairs on doors, locks, windows, and fixtures
Painting and finishing of walls and surfaces
Plumbing support such as fixing leaks and replacing taps
Electrical assistance under supervision (lights, plugs, switches)
Routine inspections of facilities and reporting defects
Safe use of tools and equipment
Support senior artisans and contractors during maintenance projects
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric) OR N2/N3 in a technical field
Experience: 1–2 years in general maintenance or handyman work
Skills:
Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Communication and teamwork abilities
Computer literacy (basic reporting)
Other: Valid driver’s licence advantageous
