Minimum Qualifications
Red Seal Electrician Trade Test
Wireman’s Licence (Compulsory)
N3 qualification or higher
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years post‑Trade Test experience
At least 5 years in FMCG/production line maintenance
Basic PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley Level 1 or equivalent)
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime, and standby
Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing is advantageous

Preventative maintenance planning

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair production equipment
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

Support installation of new electrical equipment
Maintain distribution networks and automated systems
Complete accurate maintenance reports and documentation
Manage spare parts requisitions
