Position Purpose
The WIL programme is designed to:
Provide hands‑on workplace training for students and recent graduates.
Enhance employability through mentorship, workshops, and exposure to industry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Project assistance within departments
Routine operational tasks under supervision
Administrative support (documentation, reporting)
Participation in training sessions and mentorship programmes
Shadowing experienced professionals
Conducting market research and preparing reports
Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
Candidate Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent
Completed all theoretical subjects: N4–N6 Human Resources at TVET College
South African citizen, aged 18–35
Preference given to people with disabilities
No bursary obligations with another company
Proof of confirmation letter from institution
Certified copies of Matric certificate, academic record, and ID
Competencies
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
