The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or National Higher Diploma in Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, or Technical fields, with at least six years of experience in learning development. They will also require skills and competencies such as knowledge of HR legislation, project management, business knowledge, research techniques, and trend analysis.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing the implementation of learning practices, policies, and strategies, providing strategic support and operational services, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are implemented according to policy and processes.

The ideal candidates will have a National Diploma or National N Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Commerce, with at least 3 years of experience in customer relations. They will also require skills and competencies such as integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, professionalism, team leadership, and communication skills.
