Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the office, ensuring it is always orderly.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors; cleaning walls; disposing of refuse; and sanitizing bins and toilets.
• Ensure all areas, including service and gaming areas, are clean and tidy, both during busy and quiet periods.
• Use cleaning chemicals and detergents appropriately.
• Report any equipment breakages and request cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean branch air conditioning filters weekly.
• Monitor and maintain furniture and gaming equipment, requesting repairs or replacements as needed.

Requirements:

Role Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist clients with account setups and resolve betting-related queries.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote mobile products, drive daily sales, and activate new accounts through effective demonstrations and marketing campaigns.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
• Brand Promotion: Set up displays at events and promotions to engage potential customers.
• Account Management: Ensure new customers use their sign-up bonuses and assist them with the mobile app.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manage, safeguard, and maintain mobile equipment.
• Training and Development: Complete required training and potentially travel between branches as needed.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required by the business.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales, promotions, or marketing.
• Skills:

Position Summary
We are looking for two Customer Compliance Team Leaders to be based in Umhlanga. This role is crucial in supporting the team and ensuring adherence to our compliance policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Compliance Manager and Compliance Manager to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews and prepare reports.
• Deliver training on compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) to the Nominated Officer.
• Investigate potential fraud and monitor AML and responsible gambling risk reports.
• Maintain records for high-risk clients and report suspicious activities.
• Manage team performance and assist with regulatory inspections and reviews.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining confidentiality and independence.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of administration experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a similar role.
• Matric with English and Maths.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in compliance, auditing, or legal studies.
• Own car.
• Experience in audit, compliance, or anti-money laundering (AML).

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
