📍 Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in nursing (Basic R425 qualification) or equivalent that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
Appropriate experience in a psychiatric setting is an added advantage.

🧑⚕️ Duties / Responsibilities
Provide holistic mental health nursing care in a psychiatric unit.
Understand and apply relevant procedures and legal frameworks (including Mental Health Care Act).
Act as shift leader when required.
Work night duties and on public holidays as needed.
Maintain professional growth and uphold ethical standards.
Support and participate in hospital committees and implement Batho Pele principles. (jobs.gauteng.gov.za)
