2. Key Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading: Physically loading and unloading company products from delivery vehicles.
Driver Assistance: Helping drivers navigate to delivery locations and offloading vehicles at the end of each shift.
Client Interaction: Obtaining customer signatures as proof of delivery (POD).
Maintenance & Housekeeping: Cleaning trucks and performing general housekeeping tasks at the depot.
Reporting: Compiling accurate delivery reports and informing management of any delivery-related issues.
3. Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4.
Experience: Proven experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or transport and logistics environments.
Physical Fitness: Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift heavy objects repetitively. Must be medically fit.
Integrity: Must have a clean criminal record.
Transport: Must have own reliable transport to and from work.
Availability: Prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
