Minimum Requirements
To secure a spot within the structured administrative division of a premier agricultural enterprise, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
A completed Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Advantageous: A completed National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Financial Accounting, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience functioning as an administrative assistant, data capturer, or clerk within a corporate, logistics, or retail warehouse environment.
Sound computer literacy with high proficiency across standard Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Strong numerical accuracy and basic financial tracking literacy (critical for processing invoices, matching delivery codes, and checking inventory sheets).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with regional managers, suppliers, and farming clients.
High organizational skills, personal accountability, and a systematic approach to managing file databases.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure
Clerks keep branch workflows synchronized by managing core documentation and customer tracking metrics:
Capturing, validating, and filing high volumes of transactional operational records, purchase orders, and customer account arrays.
Processing and cross-referencing supplier delivery notes against internal inventory data to maintain flawless warehouse records.
Handling professional front-desk communications, responding to email inquiries, and addressing client administration queries gracefully.
Compiling routine weekly and monthly administrative reports, tracking expense structures, and updating internal asset data systems.
Assisting the branch management team with meeting schedules, office logistics, and internal compliance auditing workflows.
Maintaining a neat, secure, and highly organized physical and digital filing registry to ensure rapid data retrieval.
