Salary: Market-related retail salary + performance-based store bonuses
Location: Various Flagship Stores across South Africa (including Gauteng, Western Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal hubs)

Minimum Requirements
A completed Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
A deep passion for South African youth culture, contemporary street fashion, and the GALXBOY brand identity.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English (additional official languages are a plus).
Strong customer service focus with an energetic, confident, and approachable personality.
Basic numerical skills for point-of-sale calculations and stock logging.
Complete flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
Previous experience in premium fashion retail or a customer-facing role is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure
Acting as a primary brand ambassador on the shop floor, welcoming customers, and driving retail sales.
Engaging with clients by providing expert styling advice, product knowledge, and size assistance.
Operating the point-of-sale (POS) cash register system and processing cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
Assisting with continuous inventory control, unpacking stock deliveries, merchandising shelves, and maintaining impeccable store visual layouts.
Participating in stocktakes, tracking shrinkages, and processing digital stock-check requests.
Ensuring the storefront and fitting rooms remain exceptionally clean, organized, and up to brand standards.
