Minimum Requirements
A completed Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Strong numerical skills and complete comfort handling currency and digital point-of-sale systems.

Exceptional customer service skills, a friendly disposition, and a passionate attitude toward retail footwear and apparel.
Excellent physical stamina to stand for long durations and safely handle incoming inventory shipments.
Flexibility to work retail operational hours, including weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties
Assisting customers on the retail floor, matching footwear preferences, and driving store sales targets.
Operating the cash register accurately, processing cash/card transactions, and managing daily float balances.
Receiving new stock deliveries, unpacking crates, checking quantities against delivery notes, and organizing the stockroom systematically.
Executing eye-catching visual merchandising layouts on display racks and pricing items accurately according to promotional guidelines.
Mitigating stock losses by executing alert floor monitoring and adhering to company loss prevention protocols.
Maintaining pristine cleanliness, order, and sanitization across the shop floor and stock storage areas.
