Purpose of the Job

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
Financial Handling: Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly; issue receipts and manage refunds/exchanges.
Customer Service: Resolve basic customer queries, manage queues effectively, and provide friendly service.
Sales: Promote store specials and upsell products to customers.
Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
Reporting: Balance cash and submit end-of-shift reports while protecting company assets.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
