Minimum Requirements
Qualification: Electrical Diploma + National Trade Certificate
Experience: Minimum 5 years (hospital experience is non-negotiable)

Key Deliverables
Conduct daily checks on hospital machinery and equipment.
Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules and recommend adjustments.
Perform electrical installations and upgrades on machinery/equipment.
Ensure compliance with maintenance protocols and health & safety standards.
Identify and report deviations to hospital and line managers.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures.
Draft facility plans and oversee repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical machinery.
Maintain appliances (basic and industrial).
Manage facility reticulation and ensure compliance with OHS Act.
Implement and monitor processes according to quality standards and governance requirements.
