Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance
Competency: Proof of skills in at least two of the following:
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Glazing
Welding
Tiling
Painting
Other Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, customer service experience.
Core Responsibilities
Restore and repair hospital buildings and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and daily checklists.
Fault-finding and basic system settings to ensure continuous availability.
Execute repairs and tasks as per supervisor instructions.
Inspect building structures according to maintenance programme.
Participate in SHEQ procedures.
Provide feedback and complete daily job cards accurately.
