Minimum Requirements
- Grade 11, Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Electrical Aide Certificate.
- N2–N3 Engineering qualification will be advantageous.
- 2–3 years' experience as an Electrical Aide, preferably in mining, metallurgical, or heavy industrial environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically and medically fit to work in a mining environment.
- Clear criminal record.
- South African citizen.
Key Duties
- Support Electrical Artisans with maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with installation, inspection, and servicing of electrical equipment.
- Perform routine checks and report faults or hazards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping standard.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements.
Skills Required
- Strong safety awareness.
- Basic electrical maintenance knowledge.
